An honest note: your creations are made by third-party model providers, and when one of them has a bad day, that model has a bad day here too. So we can't promise an exact uptime number — nobody honestly can. Here's what we can promise: if a creation fails, its credits come back to your balance automatically. You never pay for a hiccup. Maintenance happens rarely, stays short, and we schedule it for quiet hours. And there's always a person at [email protected] — we answer within one business day. If things ever stay down for long, your unused purchased credits remain refundable under the Refunds Policy.
