Refunds Policy

Last updated 2026-08-14 If a creation fails, its credits pop right back into your balance on their own. You don't need to do a thing. Bought credits you haven't used? We'll refund them to the card you paid with — just email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the purchase and tell us which one. Two things we can't refund: credits already spent on finished creations, and free bonus credits (they were a gift — they don't have a cash value). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Banks like to take their time. We're at [email protected] whenever you need us.
